From which road sign onwards are you only allowed to drive at walking speed?

The first traffic sign is called "Verkehrsberuhigter Bereich" or "traffic-calmed area." When you see this sign, you must drive at walking speed, which is about 4-7 km/h. This rule exists because the area is shared by cars, pedestrians, and children at play, so drivers must be especially careful and slow. The other two signs do not require driving at walking speed: the second one means roundabout and yield, and the third one warns about a slippery road.
