Which vehicles must be equipped with amber reflectors on their sides?

In German traffic rules, amber side reflectors are mandatory for certain slow-moving or large agricultural vehicles to improve visibility and safety on the road. Specifically, tractors longer than 6 meters (including any mounted tools) must have these reflectors to alert other drivers of their size and length. Additionally, trailers and attached working equipment used with these tractors must also be equipped with amber reflectors for the same reason.
